Workflow is not working in some of Dynamics 365 organizations


Some of the CRM organizations have reported that workflow didn't work after upgrading of Dynamics 365 to version 8.2. Workflow is succeeded, however the attachments are still in the emails, so in the database.
I am able to delete email attachments in my on-premise CRM 8.2 environment. I am also able to run this workflow as expected in my test CRM 8.2 organization.

No issues reported in earlier versions of CRM (8.0, 8.1).
